TOURNAMENT FEES
Each team’s coach for our U9-U19 age groups works with our directors to choose tournaments that are most beneficial for the team. We consider the age of the team, the level of the team, and the location of the tournament. Our developing teams stay in/near Wichita while our traveling and Elite level teams will participate in tournaments farther from home such as Dallas, St. Louis, etc.. We also consider the purpose and pathway of tournaments. In other words, is it a qualifier for a future tournament, a showcase, a girls only tournament, an affiliate tournament, etc. The following are covered under the tournament fee (which is included within the base fee with the exception of the elite/high school level teams:
-registration cost
-online check in fee
-coaches game pay
-coaches travel cost
-travel permits (for tournaments outside of KS)
TRAVEL LEAGUE FEES: SDL/ECNL-RL/DPL
For teams who travel to participate in regional league play, additional fees apply. This includes league fee, league cards, home facilities rent, home referees and assignor cost, home game trainer, uniform patches, coaches pay, and coaches travel. For DPL teams, this also includes the mandatory national tournament fees. This does not include fees related to advancement to regional playoffs, national tournament, or regional league events.
WINTER FEES
U5-U14 teams are responsible for all winter fees. This includes practice facility fee, league fee, and coaches pay. These fees are calculated using the club’s guidelines and collected by the manager of each team. U15-U19 teams pay for their winter practice facility and coaches pay costs through their base fee. The manager of each team will collect league fees from each player and pay directly to the league and to the coach.

FUNDRAISING
Throughout the year there are a variety of fundraising opportunities for those who are interested. Some of the fundraisers will go directly to the club, where others will go directly to the player. Examples of these are restaurant give-back nights, bingo, etc. Additionally, players and teams are always permitted to create and run fundraisers at their discretion to cover fees.
SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of scholarships are awarded to players who have demonstrated the need for financial assistance. The amount of scholarship and frequency of the established amount are determined on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to provide a scholarship to a player, team, or age group please contact us privately.
LATE PAYMENTS AND LATE FEES
As a club, we understand circumstances arise that may occasionally prevent you from paying on time. We are willing to work with you to create a plan to pay the fees temporarily outstanding. Any player who is 10 days past due and has not communicated with the club to establish a plan will be ineligible to participate in practices and/or games until a plan has been confirmed. If no communication or plan has occurred, player will be immediately ineligible. Any previous year’s balance will be due before a player can participate in practices and/or games. A $5 late fee is automatically applied by the invoicing system for all payment past due and will not be refunded or credited.
REFUND POLICY
Our fees are based on the player's annual commitment to the club and their team. It is the general practice of competitive clubs that refunds are not given. Club credit will be considered in extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis in regards to base fee only.
